Terms and Conditions

1. Information on Contracting

The language of the contract: Hungarian and English.

By registering in our webshop and making purchases, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and accept them as legally binding.

The contract is concluded between the webshop operator (Dr. Törő Krisztina Kft.) and the customer.

This document is not archived, is concluded exclusively in electronic form, cannot be retrieved later, and does not refer to any code of conduct.

2. Product Selection

Customers may browse, select and order products available in the webshop.

By clicking on a product, customers can view its detailed description.

By clicking the “Add to Cart” button, the product is placed into a virtual shopping cart.

By selecting “View Cart”, customers can review the chosen products, the total purchase price, and applicable costs. Quantities and order details can be modified before finalizing.

The system automatically calculates the total price of the order.

3. Placing an Order

To purchase, customers proceed to the “Checkout” page.

Purchases can only be made by registered customers.

Returning customers log in with their e-mail address and password.

New customers must register by providing the required data, which will be stored for future purchases.

Payment method available:

Credit card payment via Barion. (Card details are not shared with the merchant. The service provider, Barion Payment Zrt., is supervised by the Hungarian National Bank, license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013.)

After reviewing the order, customers finalize the purchase by clicking “Place Order”.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices shown are gross prices (including VAT) and valid at the time of the order.

Prices are indicated next to each product.

In case of pricing or product description errors, the webshop reserves the right to correct them and inform the customer immediately. The customer may then reconfirm or cancel the order.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

6. Correction of Data Entry Errors

Customers may correct input errors before clicking the “Place Order” button.

7. Confirmation

Each order is confirmed by e-mail.

Customers first receive an automatic e-mail confirming receipt of the order, and later another e-mail with access to the digital publication download.

8. Delivery

Digital publications are available for download directly from the customer’s account.

No physical shipping is required.

9. Right of Withdrawal

The webshop does not conclude contracts with minors. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the customer declares that they are of legal age.

Important:

According to Section 29 (1) m) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content (e.g., downloadable PDFs) once the service has begun with the customer’s explicit prior consent, and the customer acknowledges that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

10. Modification or Cancellation of Orders

According to Act CVIII of 2001, upon order placement the webshop software automatically notifies the customer that the order has been registered. This automatic message does not constitute a binding contract.

If confirmation is not received within 48 hours, the customer is no longer bound by the order.

After successful online payment, cancellation is no longer possible, as the purchased digital publication is automatically made available in the customer’s account and can be downloaded multiple times. 

The data you provide is stored by Dr. Törő Krisztina Ltd. solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders, providing proof of order terms if necessary, and sending newsletters. Your data will not be shared with third parties, except where a third party acts as a subcontractor for the purpose of fulfilling the contract (e.g., a courier service), in which case the third party is not entitled to use, store, or forward the data received from Dr. Törő Krisztina Ltd. in any form. Data processing is conducted in accordance with Act LXIII of 1992 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Disclosure of Data of Public Interest.

Dr. Törő Krisztina Ltd. processes the personal data of registered users solely to fulfill online sales orders and related obligations (e.g., invoicing). Only personal data necessary for the purpose of processing is handled, and data is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purpose. Data is stored securely and only shared with third parties with explicit consent.

Anyone may request information regarding the data stored about them, and deletion can be requested at any time through our contact details.

Dr. Törő Krisztina Ltd. (1186 Budapest, Sina Simon stny. 4., Tax ID: 32043479-1-43, Company registration number: Cg. 01-09-40415424) (hereinafter: Service Provider, Data Controller) provides the following privacy information.

Under Section 20(1) of Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information, the data subject (in this case, the webshop user, hereinafter: User) must be informed before data processing begins whether processing is based on consent or mandatory.

The data subject must be clearly and comprehensively informed about all aspects of data processing, including the purpose and legal basis, the person authorized to process and handle the data, and the duration of data processing.

In accordance with Section 6(1) of the Act, personal data may also be processed if obtaining consent is impossible or entails disproportionate costs, provided that:

• processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation of the data controller, or
• processing is necessary to enforce the legitimate interests of the data controller or a third party, in proportion to the right to data protection.

Information must include the data subject's rights and remedies. If direct notification is impossible or disproportionately costly (e.g., in a webshop), information may be made public regarding:

• the fact of data collection,
• the categories of data subjects,
• the purpose of data collection,
• the duration of data processing,
• the persons authorized to access the data,
• the rights of data subjects and remedies available, and
• the registration number if the data processing is recorded in a data protection registry.

This Privacy Policy governs data processing on the following websites: https://www.kertvarosdigi.eu, https://www.kertvarosdigi.hu. Modifications take effect upon publication at the above addresses.

Webshop Data Processing
For webshop operation, the following applies:

• Data collected: password, first and last name, email, phone number, billing and shipping details, registration date, and IP address.
• Purpose: secure login, order processing, invoicing, delivery, technical operations.
• Duration: until account deletion, except accounting records retained for 8 years per Act C of 2000.
• Access: authorized staff of the data controller.
• User rights: data modification, deletion, or restriction via email or phone.
• Data processor: UNAS Online Ltd., Sopron, Hungary.
• Legal basis: User consent, Section 5(1) of the Infotv., Section 13/A(3) of Act CVIII of 2001 (e-commerce law).

Cookies
Webshops may use session cookies, shopping cart cookies, and security cookies. No prior consent is needed for these cookies.

• Data collected: unique ID, dates, times.
• Purpose: user identification, statistics, shopping cart tracking.
• Retention: session cookies (2 hours, updated every 5 minutes), last viewed products (3 months), PHP session (deleted on browser close).
• Users can delete cookies via browser settings.

Google Analytics
The webshop uses Google Analytics, which employs cookies for website usage analysis. Google anonymizes IP addresses and does not combine data with other Google services.

Newsletter
Users may consent to receive newsletters containing marketing offers via email. Users can unsubscribe at any time without restriction, and all related personal data will be deleted.

• Data collected: name, email, date, time.
• Purpose: sending marketing emails.
• Retention: until consent is withdrawn.

Social Media
Data collected from social networks (Facebook, YouTube) includes publicly visible profile information. Social media is not used for data collection.

Shipping
The data controller does not collaborate with shipping companies.

Data Processing Basis
User consent, Section 5(1) of Infotv., Section 13/A(3) of Act CVIII of 2001.

User Rights
Users may request information about their personal data, request corrections, deletions, or restrictions, and are informed about processing, sources, legal basis, duration, and processors. Requests are fulfilled within 25 days free of charge.

Objections
Users may object to data processing if legal obligations or legitimate interests do not require it, or for direct marketing purposes. The controller reviews objections within 15 days. Users may appeal to the court within 30 days of notification.

Data Security
The controller implements technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, deletion, or destruction of personal data. Systems are protected against fraud, hacking, viruses, and other threats.

Compensation
The controller is liable for damages caused by unlawful processing or breach of data security. Compensation is not required if the damage arises from the user’s intent or gross negligence.

Ownership of Information
All content on www.kertvarosdigi.eu is owned by Dr. Törő Krisztina Ltd. Unauthorized commercial use, modification, or reproduction is prohibited.
